You can return items purchased from NewTopic within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. All tags, labels, and protective materials must still be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized lighting fixtures, as well as any products marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
